KACTUS DEL, LLC is a US holding company developing real estate and land for local business and residential communities within San Jose Del Cabo, La Paz, Eastcape and Cabo San Lucas in Baja Sur, Mexico as Kactus Development.

 

Our founding partners Lito Gonzales, Stephen Klugherz and John Ovrom started investing as a group in 2016 and have brought years of successful entrepreneurship and endeavors to the forefront of Kactus Development, Steve and Lito both have more than 25 years of land development in Cabo.  

 

Lito a lifelong resident with a long history and family in San Jose has been at the heart of this partnership along with Stephen and John. Their love for the Cabo community has brought them together to plan a community that locals and tourist alike can afford to live and work in the booming San Jose Del Cabo community.

Our approach to land development begins with our ability to create value through the planning and entitlement process. We have strong and unique history and geographical understanding of the San Jose Del Cabo area.  We participate in strategic real estate opportunities that have a direct benefit to the community along with mixed-use developments, infrastructure projects and joint ventures.
